Abstract
• Le développement du capital humain a sensiblement augmenté le PIB réel et la production des secteurs non agricoles.
• Les performances en matière d’exportation, d’investissement fixe, d’importation et d’impôt indirect net se sont améliorées à la suite d’un développement accru du capital humain.
• L’accumulation de capital humain est fondamentale pour stimuler l’économie
